added to orders shipped in Ohio according to the county tax rate.
Sales or Use Taxes for orders shipped outside of Ohio are the
responsibility of the purchaser.

order by phone, fax or email. If ordering online enter your tax
exemption number in the Personal Information Registration Field
provided for you when placing your order.

All normal orders are shipped
via ground U.P.S. service and are included in the pricing of your
order unless otherwise noted. Other freight services are billed at
cost or shipped freight collect.
Please provide us with your
FedEx or U.P.S. account number if you require other freight
services.
Normal delivery time for blank
non-decorated product is within 72 hours of your order confirmation.
Allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt
of your order confirmation for delivery of certain decorated items.
