Normal production time VARIES DEPENDING ON THE type of product and
customizing process you choose. Delays IN CUSTOMER design AND SPECS
approval may add to production time.
THE TYPE OF ARTWORK SUBMITTED, AVAILABILITY OF MATERIALS AND THE
TIMELY RETURN OF CUSTOMER DESIGN APPROVAL ULTIMATELY DETERMINES
PRODUCTION TIME.

RUSH SERVICE
rush service is available on most items subject to the type of
artwork submitted, design approval response, and ink and thread
color availability.
Additional charges apply for rush service. Please contact us to
review rush service requests prior to submission.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
There will be a $50 up-charge for changes or additions made to a
confirmed customized orderS. Cancelled orders are invoiced for all
work and expenses incurred.
